[Eiscat-user] draft of the EISCAT_3D Common Programme (CP) proposal

Dear the EISCAT user community members, We have posted the following message on the EISCAT Slack (the e3d-cp-wg channel): Thanks to all the EISCAT_3D Common Programme (CP) WG members, a draft of the EISCAT_3D CP proposal is ready now. We share it with the EISCAT user community here. The MS word file (with some comments), the PDF file, and the file on google doc are all identical. If you have any comments, suggestions for revisions, or questions, please post them in this Slack or put them in the draft file on the google doc. We look forward to constructive comments and/or specific suggestions. We hope to revise the draft by the end of this year and start specific coordination with the EISCAT_3D software working group.
