Hello, After my last email I had hoped to start the SW Working Group in earnest by allowing a small number of users to work together with EISCAT staff on the prototype sub-array that we have here in Kiruna. This sadly has not happened. Last year the best guidance that we had was that the prototype sub-array would not be affected by the new security situation. We now know that allowing users low level access to any part of EISCAT_3D is not permitted, so we cannot offer the co-development phase that I had hoped for. We are still looking for ways to cooperate more within the new rules. If you have any ideas or suggestions please take them up with Harri at the EISCAT symposium next month.
