We are happy to announce that the EISCAT Symposium 2024 will occur the
week of July 29 to August 2 in Tromsø, Norway. The 48th Annual European
Meeting on Atmospheric Studies by Optical Methods will be held simultaneously.

Due to the demand for hotels in Tromsø during the summer months, it is recommended
to book your hotel/accommodations as soon as possible.
More details about registration and abstract submission will be released in the
future.
2024 is an important year for the incoherent scatter community as it will be the
first year of EISCAT 3D operations. We hope to see initial results from
the system presented at the Symposium!
The registration fee is planned to include coffee breaks, lunches, a visit to the
EISCAT 3D Skibotn site, conference style presentations, and a banquet dinner.
